Hi hi, I’m Christal Mai the photographer and business owner at Twin Lotus Production. I’m a Mum of two beautiful children ( monsters in some days. lol ), a wife, and an artist who create all the magic in your portrait images. I’ve photographed for 10 years with 15 national and international awards in weddings and portraits.
My studio is in Wynnum, Brisbane bayside. My space is filled with beautiful natural sunlight and custom made newborn props. It’s designed for newborn portrait sessions.

- The $150 deposit is non-refundable. This deposit secures your date and time, ensuring that nobody else can book that slot.
- All appointments are limited and are subject to availability.
- One (1 ) Complimentary Reveal + Design session per photography experience. All orders and payment are completed at this time. To make sure you benefit from any specials/gift vouchers/product credits, ALL decision makers must be present at the Reveal + Design Session.
- Your Print Credit is not redeemable for cash, cannot be used with any other offer and is not transferable. Print Credit cannot be used for purchasing digital photos.

Yes, sure! We have different packages to choose from.
There are beautiful crafted products and digitals to suit all budgets and tastes. There is no minimum spend. You only purchase the ones you LOVE most! Most of families invest between $995 – $3999.
We’re here to assist you to select your gorgeous images and find the best products for you!
Your Newborn Photography Experience includes 1x Reveal + Design Session. If you feel you can’t decide on your order at that time, we are happy to book you in for a second session. The fee for Reveal + Design Session is $250. Payment is required at the time of booking the second session.
To make sure you benefit from any specials / gift vouchers/ product credits, we ask that ALL decision maker are present at the Reveal + Design Session.
Yes, certainly you can! However, it is important to remember your prints and products from Twin Lotus Production are professional produced to achieve optimum colour and quality. Please note the genetic labs typically do not use archival quality links and paper, however, at Twin Lotus Production we ensure you have the highest of quality.
We hope this never happen to you but don’t worry if it does because we automatically storage your images in our system for 12 months without any extra charge. If you would like us to archive all your purchased images after 12 months, our fee for this is $50/1 year, $130/3 years.
Of course! You are welcome to use your digital files on any social media platform. Be sure to share the love and motion Twin Lotus Production when sharing!
Absolutely YES! Twin Lotus Production has payment plan options with AfterPay and PayRight. For more info please head over to https://www.afterpay.com and https://www.payright.com.au.
All our orders are done during your complimentary Reveal + Design Session. Please ensure you have an idea of what products/packages you would like to order prior to your Reveal + Design Session.
However, if you do need more time we are happy to schedule in an additional Reveal + Design Session for $250.. Payment is required at the time of booking the additional session.
We ask that you order and pay for your artwork at your Reveal + Design Session. We are happy to invoice you at this session if you would prefer to pay via bank transfer. However, if payment isn’t made within 48 hours, we cancel your order and any credits you may have. Artwork is only sent to print when full payment is received.
We ask that you allow 4 – 6 weeks after the full payment is made for your artwork to arrive in our studio and to be checked if it’s perfect for you to pickup. Due to Covid-19 this may take slightly longer, but we will keep you update in each step!
